Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling: Minimum 24-hour notice required; one courtesy reschedule per month

  • Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice are forfeited

  • Package Cancellation: 30-day written notice required; unused sessions refunded at hourly rate (minus 10% administrative fee)

*Pause Policy: Packages may be paused once for up to 2 weeks with 1-week advance notice (illness, family emergency, school breaks)
