Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling: Minimum 24-hour notice required; one courtesy reschedule per month

Cancellations: Sessions cancelled with less than 24-hour notice are forfeited

Package Cancellation: 30-day written notice required; unused sessions refunded at hourly rate (minus 10% administrative fee)
